Shipping Options and Processing:

At Elev8, we offer our customers multiple shipping options through several couriers. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will typically be processed the same day, though processing may take up to 3 days in some cases. Our packaging is discreet to protect your privacy.

We use several couriers in order to ensure your order is delivered to you fast and safely. If tracking updates are delayed, you may check the tracking link provided to you or contact us for assistance.

Order Processing:

We process in-stock orders daily during business days, with the exception of weekends and holidays. If you receive a tracking number during a weekend or holiday, your package will ship the following business day. In rare cases, additional processing time may be required. Should any issues arise, we will reach out to you by phone or email.

If we anticipate delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify customers via a site-wide message and via e-mail. For the quickest turnaround, please ensure that your contact information is current.

Carrier Restrictions & Tracking Information:

Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. All packages may be handed off to a local carrier if necessary.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your shipping label has been created. If you don’t see an email with your tracking information, please check your spam folder. You can track your package via the tracking link provided to you.

Fulfillment Information:

All orders are fulfilled by Patterson Warehousing Inc., a New York State limited liability vendor, with its principal place of business located at 100 Hubbard St, Fulton, NY, 13069, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Vendor”). The Vendor is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely packaging and shipment of all orders in partnership with Elev8.
