Return Period

Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a return. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you via email of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to one week for the refund to be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely.

Example: If you purchase a 10-pack of nicotine pouch tins and wish to return 5 unused tins, you will be refunded the value of 5 patches, minus any initial shipping costs.

Customs Returns

Please be aware that tryelev8.se are not responsible for any customs seizures or for any duties and taxes incurred. When you make a purchase from our website, you assume responsibility for ensuring that the products are legal for shipment to your province, state, and country.

Additionally, please note that orders which are seized by customs are excluded from refunds. We encourage you to verify the legality of your purchases in your location to avoid any complications.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
